These additional services, as well as all claims and customer assistance services, are provided by the Plan Administrator, HCC Medical Insurance Services, LLC (HCCMIS). 

In addition CAPCO Health Group offers this online portal where you can easily access additional  information. Through the links in Client Services you can research the best hospitals in the U.S. for your diagnosed condition. The portal also provides links to health information libraries and authoritative reports.
