To renew your Executive Health Options / CitizenSecure® certificate, connect to the HCCMIS online service. (See the link below.) Be prepared to enter your policy number and the birth date of the primary insured. Do you have an HCCMIS Client Zone password? You will need it to complete your renewal. You can request a password after initial login.
