ICE (Economy)

Our ICE (Economy) medical insurance plan is long-term and annually renewable. The ICE Economy plan is a scheduled benefits plan appropriate for those who need comprehensive coverage at a price that may fit their budget needs. The Plan also offers optional Dental and Term Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance for purchase with the plan.

• Savings for paying the full premium in advance+
• Annually renewable for eligible individuals
• If both parents are insured under the same plan, the first two children 14 days to 9 years of age are free
• A maximum of three deductibles per family per policy year
• Prescription drug coverage is available for covered illnesses
• Wellness benefits are available after 12 months of continuous coverage for age-eligible members
• Coverage for pre-existing conditions is offered as a limited benefit after 24 months of continuous coverage
• Mental health coverage is available after a 12-month waiting period
