As a member of an Executive Health Plan (Executive Health Options [EHO] or Executive Health Plans Economy [ICE]), your client is entitled to services that are in addition to the benefits listed in the Lloyd’s of London insurance certificate. These additional services, as well as all claims and customer assistance services, are provided by the Plan Administrator, HCC Medical Insurance Services, LLC (HCCMIS). HCCMIS provides personal care through service specialists available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer questions and respond to clients' needs. Whether the questions is about selecting one of our plans oryour client needs service in relation to an existing plan, you will find our service team to be prompt, compassionate, and highly professional

The links below provide for research of the best hospitals in the U.S. for a diagnosed condition. The portal also provides links to health information libraries and authoritative reports.

Find a Doctor; Find a Hospital

HCCMIS maintains relationships with a growing number of hospitals and doctors around the world. If your client needs assistance in locating a physician or hospital, please contact HCCMIS’s World Service Centre. Within the US your client's out-of-pocket expenses may be reduced when he or she selects a provider participating in one of the supported Preferred Provider Organizations (PPOs). 

We offer a link to U.S. News & World Report's Best Hospitals survey to determine the best U.S. hospitals to treat specific conditions. Hospitals in the U.S. are ranked by 16 adult specialties, plus children's hospitals. The hospitals are also grouped according to metropolitan area or are searchable by hospital name or zip code. Freedom of Choice

Executive Health Plans allow you to seek medical care from the provider of your choice. You and your physician have the freedom to choose the right care provider for you, whether in Canada, the U.S., or elsewhere. You are not limited to the PPO providers. 

Preferred Provider Organizations

We offer access to comprehensive PPO healthcare networks within the US. If the US care provider selected participates in a PPO network associated with Executive Health Plans, coinsurance can be waived forthe cost of treatment in the facility. For assistance with locating PPO providers, please contact the HCCMIS  World Service Centre or go to the link shown in the side column.  Network access is made available by CMN Inc., a Europ Assistance Company.

HCC Medical Insurance Services also offers an International Network. Access is made available by CMN Inc. HCCMIS World Service Centre will help you find a provider within the network  that suits your needs and will save you time and  money through direct billing.
