In addition to CAPCO service, our Plan Administrator, HCC Medical Insurance Services, LLC incorporates World Services, a team of customer service specialists who are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to respond to customer needs. No matter the time zone, no matter the language, no matter the culture, HCCMIS has the resources to provide its customers with the service they need, when and where they need it most. An additional service is the "Expert Advice" line which advises clients and producers on specific questions regarding Executive Health Plan policies.

World Service Centre
HCCMIS's World Service Centre representatives are available to answer your clients' questions and may be reached at no cost through worldwide toll-free numbers. Your clients will also have immediate support available in addition to online account access and management , if they desire, through the HCCMIS website.
